2-4 vine ripened Tomatoes2-3 tablespoons good Extra Virgin Olive Oil2-3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar (Or your favorite vinegar)Several good size pinches of White SugarSalt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice tomatoes into quarters, evenly coat with olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt & pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate on the counter for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
