Description

Shrimp coated in olive oil, salt/pepper and garlic then roasted to perfection.

Ingredients

2 pounds peeled and deveined Jumbo Shrimp (12-15 per pound) ¼ cup good extra virgin olive oil ½ to 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl add the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix to combine. Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Place shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until pink and firm.
