1 thin baguette or regular size of French bread (Or any crusty bread)½ - ¾ cup pistachio pesto12 cherry tomatoes cut in half3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter (Or Olive Oil)

Preheat the oven to 375. Cut baguette into 18-24 ¼ inch round slices or cut 8 ½ inch slices of a regular size French bread loaf. Lightly coat both sides of the bread with melted butter and bake 3-4 minutes on both sides or until desired crispness.Spread pistachio pesto on slices and top with a half cherry tomato.
