Yes indeed Bacon, Cheese, Milk, Eggs and Bisquick make this anytime pie impossible to resist.

Ingredients

12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese ⅓ cup onion, chopped 2 cups whole milk 1 cup Bisquick 4 eggs Salt & Pepper to taste, I use ½ teaspoon Kosher salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon butter, to grease the pie plate

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F. (Rack in the center). Grease the bottom and side of a 9.5 X 2.5 pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on the bottom of the pie plate. Beat the milk, eggs, salt & Pepper and the Bisquick until smooth, pour into a pie plate. Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted between the center and edge comes out clean, 35-45 minutes depending on the size of the pie plate you used.
