Goulash is a Egyptian/Greek crispy and flack phyllo meat pie.
Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef (85/15)
1 16 oz package of Filo Dough (Not Puff Pastry)
½ Clarified Butter (Ghee)
2 medium spanish onions, diced
½ cup whole milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½-1 teaspoon baharat seasoning *
* If you can not find the Baharat Spice Blend
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon ground Cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
