Description
A traditional Full English Breakfast is a substantial meal consisting of sausage, bacon, black
and or white pudding, fried mushrooms, fried tomato, baked beans, eggs and fried bread.
Oftentimes you will also see Bubble and Squeak as well. The Bangers, Back Bacon and Black

Ingredients
Vegetable Oil and Butter (For frying as needed)
British Pork Sausage aka Bangers, or your favorite British or American breakfast sausage.
British style breakfast bacon aka Back Bacon, or American Bacon
Black and or White Pudding (Type of Pork Sausage)
British style baked beans or American baked beans
Fried Mushrooms
Fried Tomato
Fried Bread/Buttered Toast
Eggs (Any style)
As a general rule, serve 2 sausages, 2 strips of bacon, 2(½) slices of Black/White pudding, 1
fried tomato, ½ cup fried mushrooms, ½ cup beans and 2 slices fried bread/butter toast.
Instructions
Put baked beans of choice in a pan over low heat and bring to temperature while preparing
the rest of the ingredients. Starting with the ingredient that will take the longest time to
cook (Sausage/Bacon) Fry in a large frying pan or griddle. Continue to fry the remaining
ingredients, transferring to a 200 degree oven to keep warm as needed. Cook the fried
bread/toast and the eggs last. Plate and serve.
