Description
This creamy, sweet and tangy Coleslaw is a perfect addition to your cookout, and the perfect
side dish to any BBQ.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
¼ cup milk
⅓ cup white sugar
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 cups cabbage (sliced or chopped)
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion (optional)
1 carrot medium sized peeled and chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl add lemon juice, vinegar, milk, sugar, mayo and salt & pepper. Whisk until
well combined. Add cabbage, carrot and onion to dressing and stir to coat well. If possible
refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

8 - 10
Additional Comments
The slaw can be served immediately but an hour or two in the refrigerator improves the
flavor. In my opinion the longest you should refrigerate before serving is overnight. Keep in
mind the cabbage will release moisture and thin out the dressing the longer it sits
