Description
Buttery graham cracker crust topped with butterscotch and semi sweet chocolate chips,
flaked coconuts and chopped nuts. Then baked into a golden delicious cookie bar.
Ingredients
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full graham crackers or use pre crushed crackers)
½ cup melted butter
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup butterscotch-flavor chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1⅓ cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking
spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and mix well. Press graham
cracker crumb mixture firmly in the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the sweetened
condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture, then evenly layer the remaining ingredients
over the crumb and condensed milk, pressing down firmly with a fork.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges and top are lightly browned. Loosen sides while
still warm and cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars or diamonds.
